Under unit lighting..... pretty standard, plinth lighting, flashing multi color led's !! He wont be expecting that ! No stairs lighting as such.. as you step up... or down, each individual step will illuminate

He wants 4 spot lights & 1 wall light in the lounge..... he's getting a center light & 4 wall lights !!

Bed 2 upstairs will have standard lighting, but bed 1 !!!!
