Do i need an Evo brake booster for brembo upgrade?

Hi Guys, i have searched.. but i cannot come across the answear i need.
Do i need an evo or other brake booster for my brembos? Or will the stock vr4 booster do the job? Thanks i advance. And if i'm thick and can't find the thread. Can someone point me in the right direction please? I have my eye on an evo 6 booster. But need to know if i need it.
    Thank you all!

If you mean the servo assitance, then yes, the VR-4 one is fine. I've not known of anyone who's changed it.

You may wish to change the master cylinder, depending on which one you have. It is embossed on the underside of the master cylinder which size it is. The stock manual VR-4 one is 1", AFAIK. The Evo one is 17/16". Auto VR-4s with TCL/ASC also have 17/16" ones.
