front roll stopper internal mounting hole diameter?

i have a query regarding the correct size hole for the front roll stopper mount (engine mount). The hole in the gearbox bracket is 10mm, the through bolt is 10mm but the hole in the rubber mounting is about 15mm? I know this makes it nice and easy to line up when installing, but it just seems wrong? Does anyone know for definate why mitsubishi designed it like this?

There should be a metal sleeve inside the rubber with 10mm hole

the front roll stopper from the after market kits is a bit large, which is why it is advisable to retian the original metal sleeve from the front roll stopper and reuse it in the new poly mount front roll stopper.just cut the old rubber off the sleeve leaving a thinish skin of rubber on it then this is a perfect fit in the polly mount and is the correct length as well.

My smaller inner sleeve must be missing, i'll have to make something up. Thanks for the replies.

the sleve should be a metal tube.
