Manual transmission fluid

Going to change the fluid soon in the vr4. What fluid should I go for that I can get in nz and how much would I need?

Fully synthetic gl4, 2.7l I believe, that's all I can remember right now,

what ever you choose it must be strictly GL4, not GL4/5/6 or gl4 compatible.

Is this stuff suitable? I'm jus t running general gear oil at the moment. If there's anything better out there or more easily obtainable ill be happy to hear from you!!

The Redline stuff is pretty decent, I wouldn't have any issues in using it!

I have the MT-90 in mine and it's great, nice smooth shifting even from 1st to 2nd when cold
