Bad bits
Engine has what I suspect to be a broken lifter or rocker. Problem manifested itself last Saturday and I drove the last 6km home before turning it off. The problem is exhibited by the ticking lifter sound on cylinder 5 but much louder and at a higher frequency. I don't have the time or inclination to conduct a lifter replacement given that it'd make sense to do the cambelt and stuff at the same time.
Either the cam seals or crank seal is leaking slightly.
Front bumper is split nearly in two - has been this way since I bought it.
As one would expect from a car of this age, there are the usual nicks and scratches from errant trolley drivers / door openers. The bonnet has some nicks from flying objects.
Windscreen has a couple of small nicks.
No stereo.
I appreciate that there's going to be some work involved to get it 100% again, whether that's replacing the engine with a lower mileage one or fixing the existing one.
That said, I'm not desperate to sell it so please don't think that I'm just going to give it away. It is not my intention to part out the vehicle (see earlier statement regarding "time and inclination".
