    a bloody stupid idea if ever there was one.

    i'm sure a lot of businesses would have left the city for the outskirts or livingston area if this went through.

    i'm sure the lentil eating tree hugging cycling cooncil members will be off devising new ways to f**k over anyone that drives a nasty evil car into their precious city.
