anyone in taupo got a spare coil pack?

Halfway from napier to taupo car started to get jumpy, then more jumpy then the check engine light came on and now it's running really bad. We've stopped in taupo and called the aa but I don't know how much help they'll be when they arrive. I'm thinking it'd one of the coil packs, but I'm open to ideas at this point... Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place

Seems I have water in my petrol. The aa got me to chuck in a bottle off meths to help disperse the water. See what happens I suppose.
