odd noise coming from front wheel?

Hi guys . I've recently put my new legnum through its first wof since I bought it . Wasn't a good day .Anyway its started making an odd noise from one of the front wheels , I'm partially deaf so can't really determine which side it's coming from but I suspect the front drivers wheel. it's just had two front tyres replaced with a pair of near new second hand tyres . $400+ removing the catylac converter and replacing everything back to the rear muffler . Last night replaced the front left tie rod end and the front right inner rack arm + rubber boot , it has since made a faint noise kind of like a ch-ch-ch-ch noise . I'm absolutely clueless on what it could be . Has anyone encountered this problem before or anything ?

Check you haven't bent the brake backing plate onto the brake rotor
