I watched 'a place in the sun' earlier this week. ( ch4)

2 bed, 1st floor apt. Small... but an ideal bolt hole ! Sleeps 4 .. beautiful layout, kitchen etc. Furniture included. Balcony overlooking marbella.... roof terrace... fantastic views & only 5 mins walk to the beach !

An ideal holiday home/ getaway place & filmed this year, so price current. The couple on the show bought it

Sounds perfect. Can't believe how cheap. Im tempted when this property we have now sells, but we'd have to have a compromise somewhere, smaller house or have to have a mortgage. I have suggested to the wife getting a GTR but she didn't seem convinced!

Spoke to my son, in person..... rare.... & on failbook.... even rarer! ( what's a telephone? ) but..... he has been looking for somewhere whilst him & paul have been away!

Problem is, they want gran canary, i want mainland Spain.... much cheaper.

This may be a collaboration between me, Dan, Paul, john, Brandon & possibly my Becky !!!
Only time will tell. They have booked another holiday, so....... a little less sunbathing & a bit more property searching
