rust options

noticed some rust coming through on the bottom of the top suspension mount towers, on closer inspection managed to poke a hole straight through , had a look from underneath and the upper wishbone mounting bracket is peppered with rust holes. Dont think there is enough good metal to weld on fresh steel tbh, can i get a new one from main dealer? had a look online cant find anything. what can i expect to pay for a decent repair ?

The front strut tower has three panels overlapping Iirc so is a pita to properly get rid of the rust. I've no idea how much it would cost though

From what i can see i have gone through 2 panels the upper and lower not really worried about that though as its pretty much square so a welded plate at the bottom and top should suffice, it's the upper wishbone mounting bracket thats a worry, may have to get a new one fabricated if worse comes to worse.

but that wont show us the extent of the rust.

there might be some pictures you can use in the brembo guide in the library the guy that did the guide took the front wing off to gain better access for taking pictures.
