Here's what you could have had!
I managed to get a hold of some information on mitsubishi documents and drawings of the galant Legnum, and what the prototypes looked like, and the different ideas being looked at by the designers at the time.
It even goes into who their target market was, lifestyle etc, some interesting stuff!.

I think a few of the designs would be current today, and i would def like them as a new car replacement for the my legnum!.

These designs were drawn pre 1996, but I can see a lot of resemblance to recent and current Mercedes, Alpha and Volvo models!

Quite like the R35 Skyline style rear of the Galoon!

I really like the first pic, futuristic but also old skool, muscle car and even would be fit in in current car model trend. why dont they make the first pic

Yes, I would totally agree, and I would definitely have the Legnum from pic 1.
The galant in pic 1 is a 4 door also, but very sporty.

The first pic saloon looks very much 8 series-ish and gorgeous!

Some superb images there Louis and fantastic to see development of a car design that we all love. Can really see some of the 'shark' in those images.

Woah this is awesome stuff! You can see so many styles and other cars in those designs. I've thought before that I'd like to find brochures, documents, whatever from back when these cars were being designed/produced/sold.
