CEnter console 2.0

its been a while since ive posted any of my work up on here, but ive just started on something pretty cool, so i thought id share how im getting on, and some of you will get to see it at japfest

my center console was already modified, so heres a quick recap on that (it was all finsihed in gloss black and not left in wood/rattlecan lol )



now ive moved on from that, i am mounting a 10.42 touchescreen in the top, loosing the vents and moving the sircon below. this will be hdmi'd to a pc, which in turn has an optical lead running to my audio processor which goes to my five amps

Niice! Great idea with changing the curvature of the console to gain space. You don't happen to have some templates lying around for the MDF sidewalls?

I'm afraid not tomasz as I did that a good three years ago now, the flat space was ample to house 3 or 4 gauages but all I had in there was a dual volt gauge and the switch for turning my other alternator on.

well a bit more done, screen now fits etc, my friend who knows what he is doing is coming over tomorrow to check on what im doing and do a final fill with the dashboard as im sending that off for flocking while he paints the center console.
