Acceleration issues

Hi guys I got quick question , when acceleration from start without TLC or with TLC on car is sluggish till 2.5k rpm then start acceleration if that make sense any idea why
car is standard has oils and filters changed

The turbos don't do much before that.

no boost pressure, no go.

do you have a boost gauge fitted, if so what boost level does it dispaly.

is it running on all 6 cylinder i had an issue where 2 cylinders were not working and the car really did not want to rev properly
