INSERT INTO post VALUES (or should i say today, as it is now after 12.00am)

After 4 weeks driving a poxy fiesta courtosy car i am finally picking my legnum up.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new respray, and after lots of phone calls to the insurance company, they agreed to replace the windscreen too INSERT INTO post VALUES (which had been stained by the paint thinners)

Was it a complete bare metal respray? did you change the colour?

It was a bare metal respray apart from the near-side doors, wing and rear quarter, but it seems to have all blended in nicely. When the rain stops I will be able to have a better look :cool1:

I wanted a different colour INSERT INTO post VALUES (two-tone silver with purple is what I had in mind) but I was told that involved a lot more work removing all the interior trims etc to paint the inside doors, pillars, bonnet etc. With the paint and extra work I was told it would cost about £2500 extra... :eek: so I gave that a miss this time

Anyway, I now appreciate my VR4 even more that ever :hurrah:

mmmm very nice! just noticing that your bumper mesh and spot lights are black? Is this right as mine are silver??
