a standard vr4 makes about 180-190hpATW yours more than double that, a very good result.
mine only does about 220ATW but that is at 3000rpm to 6000rpm and that feels quick to me.
you car must be an animal to drive it will just keep accelerating all the way to the rev limit.
you just need to get it to spool quicker down low in the rev range.
i have experimented with this a bit but is not necessary with TD03 as the spool up lower in the rev range already. i started to drop the afrs lower in the rev range and increase the ignition timing to get them spooled at about 2000rpm but it made the normal driving around town very rich an consumed lots of fuel. but there are otherways.
volvo experimented with a compressed air tank that would inject a jet of compressed air directly into the exhaust of the turbo to get it to spool up low down. and they looked into compound charging with an electric super charger first and you can buy good ones now which produce 5-6psi boost almost immediately to get the big turbo spinning sooner.
but i bet you are happy with the result so far. it is really good job. the motor will be making 500hp+ excellent.
Setup us a bit laggy on low rpm as shown on the graph but on top end it hits limiter so quick,its crazy
i am using a garrett GTW3684R with a 0.78 a/r rear end......from the last single turbo vr4 i built we used a 0.63 a/r rear end and the car made power alot earlier.
Anyone going in this direction a turbo with a 0.63 a/r rear end will be perfect which will give u full boost @ around 4-4500rpm.

Pushing the limits of stock head and block .....the silver vr4 made 435whp @ 392 ft lbs tq @ 25psi boost on 95 octane and water meth still have some minor stuff to sort out there graphs abit choppy
White vr4 AKA great white putting out 512 whp @ 413 ft lbs tq @ 30psi on 95 octane pump gas and VP racing C16 mix both cars still on stock head and block just fitted with head studs and bigger injectors
