Well, my legnum has gone and I've checked with the administration if it's OK to post a build thread of the new car and it's been confirmed as ok.

Now I have joined some of the owners clubs for the new car, but as any of you on other clubs will know, none are quite like this place.

And I promise to entertain.

So I've bought a car which I do not like the look of one bit! I have a 350z convertible (this is the bit I'm keeping hush about on social media because until the project is complete I don't want tone be pipped at the post of building it, because this is being done on the street outside my house)

I have found a donor car for the parts I want and work will commence on Dec 27th with 3 mates, a gazebo, a grinder and a welder.

Here's a picture and let's see who can guess what's about to happen

Because of the audio, I regularly leave my car running for 2-3 hours, the vr4 held on very well but it was always iny head that something could blow. So this time I went N/A

The plan is to strip the roof and boot from my car and go cut a roof and pillars from a scrapyard car, bring it home and weld it to my car, then bolt the coupe boot on lol

The doors and windscreen are identical items, just have to change the door glass.

Next will be to cut the roof off from the front of the b pillar and then figure out how to make a targa roof.

Gaz suspension are investigating doing a custom kit for me that has spring rates above 40kg (as bc America can offer 38/36kg)

I'm in talks with this guy to buy his camber setup front and rear
