National Meet - Rotorua - 28 May 2005

As discussed in our Committee Meeting, we are considering holding a National Meet in Rotorua. I have spoken to one Motelier who is willing to set aside 10 rooms, or so. (His rate was $95 per room + $15 per additional person.) But we need to know numbers as soon as possible so as to secure a tentative booking.

In order to get an estimate of numbers of NZ Members who are willing to pay around NZ$100-120 a night for each room, I have setup this poll.

We will taking 50% deposits at our Hamilton Meet for those members who are keen.

We will also be having a BBQ or equivalent in Rotorua

is anyone going thats from the north shore. i was hoping that all the shore people could meet up and go in a convoy to the destination.
