Thank you for the welcoming,
Unfortunately she is no longer as beautiful today as when she left England. It suffered a crash on the left side around 2010 2011. Abandoned in a garden for several years then badly repaired around 2015 2016. Mechanically it works perfectly, the interior is in very good condition but a lot of things are to be expected. Fortunately she arrived at my house 1 month ago and I started her restoration!
There is a section in the forum to share with you the progress?
a few pics. Becarfull
Great to see more pictures of it! The damge doesnt look the worst....
Keep the updates here on this thread would be the easiest I guess.
Stories and pics would be great!
On here would be fine or start a new thread in the general chat area.
I'm looking forward to seeing you make progress.
OK here we go
First I took the front part apart. Straightening of the twisted parts and repair of the wheel arches with epoxy primer and blaxon to finish. Resumption of FMIC supports, replacement of angel eyes headlights by European OEM.
For the moment the work is not progressing quickly because I am trying to find all the parts I need to make the repair and i only work on it the evening in the week when i have the time and now, don't have many time
This level of effort is great to see. Keep up the good work - I'm looking forward to seeing more of the progress!
Keep up the good work!
Looks like good progress so far.

Hi All,
First Happy new year at you and your VR4 !
I update a little my post, some work on the galant this end of year :
- Change O-ring on the AT gearbox for stop all the leak and oil change
- Engine oil change by the HKS 5W30
- Rebuild AYC Pump
- Change the old HKS BOV by an original evo MR
Now all the mecanic problem/service are resolved (I Hope) so i start the big job on the body on this begin of the year
See you soon !
@Nico_R33 I spotted Dextron III in your pictures. The Mitsubishi spec is DiaQueen ATF which is a different to Dextron. The most recommended ATF on here is from Amsoil. It's proven to last longer and handle higher temperatures than other brands.
You may be happy that the ATF you've bought meets the Mitsi spec but it's worth double checking
Great job on the AYC pump
