Quantum Fuel Systems Support - likely scammers

I ordered fuel pump hotwire (not so expensive), after I paid, they sent the order to some random place in Illinois US, someone signed for it and it has been marked as Delivered. Every contact detail of the order has been changed, even the US number (I think I would remember if I entered US phone with completely different numbers in it - and I don't even have US number). So, it is either:

1/ faulty order processing system
2/ they are scammers keeping small transactions and then sending the goods to another warehouse. There seem to be some bad reviews lately..

I wouldn't order again, be warned.

[Update]: after seeing the review they responded immediately, was told about possible mixup in e-bay order processing. Let's see if they deliver.

I'm curious as to what it is you've ordered - and how much you've paid - for these vehicles to "hotwire" the fuel pump to full voltage at all times requires a very simple jump lead between two pins on a connector in the engine bay - something anyone with a basic crimping tool and 2 spade terminals can make in 30 seconds...
