Over Fuelling Issue

Hi members, i am having an issue with my Vr4, the car will over fuel while cruising normally around 3k rpm of by just simply climbing a hill and on the pedal the car will go into 10s on the wideband and feels sluggish. I changed Maf, plugs, cleaned injectors, did a boost leak test, changed ecu and issue is still there. What can be causing this thanks....

What air filter do you have?

I had a k&n in front before and removed it currently and same issue...

Weird fuelling issues are often caused by using a cone/pod filter - the original airbox and panel filter is almost always superior.
