    280/260 bhp im confused and other issues

    hi all mine is a vr4 legnum manual with ayc is it 260 or 280 i dunno ec5w is the chasis number and also the fuel tank cant be 60liters i cant get more than 40 quids wort of optimax inonder: onder:

    You're lucky. Mine took £43.98 of Optimax last night :INSERT INTO post VALUES ( - 55.74 litres.

    Yikes I can get £36-£38 and thats tops
    Plus the stupid O ring to stop using wrong petrol has moved and nossle wont go down so I have to be really careful not to get a splash over me :nono:

    I removed mine, was really anoying me..
    now the nozzle goes right in without having to mess about..
    was a good call on my behalf

    Tried that its really stuck wont move
    When it started to move a little the pump nossle wouldn't come out once
    I was thinking I'm in deep $hit here going into pay and saying the nossle is stuck
    I nearly dropped my cigarette when I was filling up

    its got three wee alan key screws on it..
    just get some light in there, youll see them.. i used my lighter..

    As I just said in the other thread where you questioned your power:
    If you have a manual car you will have 280bhp before and after facelift, it was only the automatic cars that were effected.

    I have had the orange fuel light on a couple of times and I have never! been able to put anymore than £33.?? of Optimax in, it's about 77p a litre where I am.
    Crazy amount, you can literally see the fuel gauge drop! normally caused by my heavy lead foot and steel leg but I accept that.
