intercoolers??and BOV'z

hey fellas im just wondering what size intercooler is prefurred for my legnum??i dont know a dam thing about installing(DIY) it by myself so i was just wondering if you guys wud reccomend a place were i could purchase one and (maybe) get it fitted??
also i was told that i would need a special blow off valve?? (GFB hybrid) because of the 6a13'z sensitive air flow meter.Is this true or is that mechanic just trying to rip me off???
