Click on the Club VR-4 tab between the Home tab and Resources tab.
Click on Join CVR4.
Click on download membership form.
All the instructions and requirements are on the form, including paypal details.

I'll be joining when i flog stuff on ebay. Will be a more worthwhile purchase than most of the stuff i buy through Paypal.
