    19 inch wheels !

sorely tempted to go the full monty, & get 19" rims fitted to my legnum, seen lots of chat regarding 18" wheels & the problems of them scraping the arches, but apparentley, 19" do fit !! all be it with 35 profile tyres. anyone tried 19's yet ?? 19" x 8" rims 43 offset, with Avon 225-35-19. around £1300 !!!

Heavier is a good point mate. A friend of my bro's fitted new alloys to his Rover and his 0-60 got a lot worse and his fuel consumption went up too - all due to the weight of the wheels. He spent about £800 and wished he hadn't now apparantly. He also wished he had considered this when he bought them.

The OZ wheels seem to be about the lightest around.

checked weight of a few sample wheels I've looked at, & they are no heavier. so that should'nt be a prob. just need to check finances before I proceed !!! this is sad, but nearly bought a BIG RED start button today . £45, but cant find anywhere obvious to fit it ??

    hi

remove the compartment under the stereo and fit it there or place it on the back seat for your passengers to play with it
