    Blitz Boost Gauge Fitted

Just fitted a Blitz R115 Boost Gauge today INSERT INTO post VALUES (see pic below) but mine is the black faced version.

To be honest it was easier than I had anticipated to fit. For now I have put it in a 52mm dashboard pod but allowed enough slack in the electrics and pipe to move it to a pillar pod later when/if I add more gauges.

Oh.. I like that... very nice mate

    How much does it cost?
What does it act like, when you release your foot where does the needle go back to, 0? and then go to -1.0? when the engine is off? how high does it go when your foot is welded to the floor?

Mark - cost me £77 + £7 for the dashboard pod. The needle is at -0.6 bar on idle and not really floored it as only had a quick go but got it to +0.5/+0.6 'ish at the time - Barry says +0.7 is the max anyhow. Sits at zero when engine off.

Barry - answered that one above mate On dashboard for now but left enough slack in the pipe and electrics to move it to a pillar pod later when/if I get some more gauges. Particularly interested in an oil pressure gauge.

That's not a bad price! I was expecting something like £120 or something knowing what Blitz and HKS are like.

What does the red SP filter look like amongst the rest of the engine bay.. pics?

I run my 96Legnum at just under 1.0bar INSERT INTO post VALUES (13psi); using a simple gated bleed valve made by a company called 'turbosmart'. Literally a 1min installation. Have never had any problems.
My brother inlaw runs his 97galant at 1.0barINSERT INTO post VALUES (14psi) and with only an aftermarket air filter ran a 14.01second quarter mile last Sat. Never had any problems.
