i did report it to trademe just for a laugh, he emailed me back saying this. Which all it really says is that if your car has a wof and rego its 100% mint with no problems. . .um yeah everyone knows thats not true.

"I would firstly NOT sell a car in un roadworthy condition.
Secondly all my vehicles come with a brand new Vtnz wof and reg for peace of mind. And myself bring a Mitsubishi specialist for the past 10 years in the Legnum and galant model I know what or how to correctly repair any issue these cars have when I recieve thrm. So YES it is running fine and sound. Vtnz are strict on smoke emissions wich a neglected 2.4 will show if not looked after."

Other issue I would have buying that vehicle is the damage to the rear of the car, It look so bad that it would put most people off and would really like to know how he repair the vehicle or has he just put in that stop smoke stuff?

I think he has a dodgy friend at a VTNZ down there - there was a car with a damaged passenger side airbag cover that passed, and it shouldn't have.

Didn't think you could sell more 5 or so cars a year without being a license dealer?

Cool, so we just need to go on there and alert trademe to all of his for sale ads. They've been cracking down on that lately.

I have report him and his listing to trademe saying he been to be a licensed car dealer and also is dodgy with dodgy wof's, So let see if trademe does anything about it, Hope they shut him down for good.

He had another account that he started doing his car dealer stuff through. I got that shut down due to him refusing to supply CIN card info, which a licensed car dealer is required to do. I would say trade me will shut him down for this breach

Good stuff, Hope they shut this one down aswell, He had 6 or 7 cars listed in the last week and none of them had CIN card info or saying he is dealer, It shame we can't do anything about Facebook or OZVR4.

There was an article in the news the other day about how they were starting to fine people that did this sort of thing. I can't remember the body that does the fining, but maybe we should let them know about it too?

I just reported all of his listings as having an invalid MVT number.

Just got a email from Trademe,

And they have remove all of his car auctions

All they said

The Trade Me Customer Support Team have reviewed the listing and has deemed that it is in breach of our terms and conditions. As a result the listing has been removed from the site.
