A stock vr4 should be doing 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds. If you tweak the boost and launch it well then you can get down to the mid 5s. If your car is slower than that then you should investigate the reason why.
Hello! vr4's do a very good job of not "feeling" that fast. It's only when you notice that the majority of the surrounding traffic seems to accelerating a lot slower than you do you really notice it.
13psi of boost and a couple of bolt ons will see a very low 5 second 0-60.
Another good place to start, especially if unknown, is the servicing, and getting all the fluids changed, spark plugs changed, etc.

what size tyres are right on 18 /s 240 245
thinking off selling gallant vr4 just cant settle with it but can not put put my finger on why maybee to tame as standard and dont want to spend loads to upgrade if any one is interested my email is bconnorbern2@aol.com only done 68.000 from new not a legnum
Run with a 225/40x18 or 235/40x18 tyres on 18" rims.
Try upping the boost before you sell, makes hell of a difference, and cheap as well!
